This large, 4-story building is the first thing visitors see when they arrive on campus.

• The information desk is found in the middle of the first floor, just next to student exhibitions in the foyer.
• The first floor is also home to the interior design and graphic design departments, as well as the student store.
• The student lounge and the foundations department are on the second floor, as is the Dean's office.
• The Animation department and their stop motion lab share the basement with the TechBar support center and the underground cafe.
• RMCAD’s administrative offices occupy the third floor.

The "Texas Ladies Pavillion," as it was formerly known, is on the national register of historic places.
